Can't find your tracking email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Confirm the email address used at checkout.
• Allow up to 48 hours after shipping confirmation for tracking to activate.

Order status guide

Processing — your order is being prepared, typically 1–2 business days.
Shipped — your order is on its way; tracking is now active.
Delivered — your package has arrived at the address on file.
